Got job offer, but not sure if they'll fly me out

I live in Florida and got a job offer in San Francisco after 9 months of searching. 1st interview was a phone call, 2nd was a presentation via video, and 3rd was an informal video call. They were thinking about flying me out for a day for the 3rd one which would've been around $300 total for the trip. The didn't do that, but I still got the job offer. I'm thinking about flying out and seeing the place especially if I plan to be there for a year or two. Should I ask if they'll reimburse me for flying out and staying a night? I'm waiting on another position to get back to me in a few days, which I'm leaning towards.
