Do you feel bad for rushing a company by mentioning you have another offer?

Hi all,

I interviewed with company A and feel very likely they will extend an offer. It's a startup with a small dynamic team and probably no work life balance, but i'm going to learn a ton. I'm unsure of how long they would give me to decide.

I'm also in the middle of the process with company B. If I had competing offers, I would pick company B in a heartbeat. If I receive an offer from company A, when should I tell company B? Will rushing them through the process because of company A cause them to resent my candidacy or impact it negatively? Would it be ideal to wait until they make a hiring decision and only bring it up during negotiations?
