Did I apply to too many jobs?

Hello,

I'm looking for a job and I have been applying since March. I have mainly applied to city government jobs and only a couple of hospital administrative assistant jobs. I am wondering if I have applied to too many jobs, after reading an article about the topic. I have applied to seven jobs in total. I guess I'm just feeling anxious, hoping I'll even get one of these. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2016 and have been working since, so I know that's not an issue. Just patience I guess.
