Advice on career decision for long term stability

I have been working a full time job with minimum wage(12$) pay. The last three months have been a true horror since not only has my supervisor been treating me(and other employees) like garbage but also reduced me to part time 3 days a week max. I literally will not be able to pay my bills if I plan on staying in this dead end job. I have recently gotten my emt certification and decided to apply to multiple positions at multiple different hospitals, and had the best luck getting offered two interview opportunities for two different positions at my hospital of choice. Position #1 is a unit care technician-full time(36 Hours) with way better pay (16$) an hour with plenty of overtime opportunites and great benefits, and position #2 is an ED technician-part-time(24 Hours), but also great pay even high than job#1 (18$) an hour. However one thing that is stressing me out is the fact that becoming an ED tech these days is very hard to do with no experience, and getting the opportunity to become an ED tech with no prior experience and only 20 years old is rare as gold in california. So to finalize this question, say i do well on both interviews and have to pick between the two, should i take the full time job with full benefits and wait for a full time position as an ed tech later on, or take the hard to get part time job, get the experience and apply for the full time position later on? Keep in mind taking the part time job means i will need to look for extra work during the week.

Little about me: Currently 20 years old with about 700$ a month in bills as of the moment, and need to move out of my parents house by late june(getting kicked out by mom since we dont get along) meaning another jump in my monthly bills. Which decision will benefit me the most to be financially stable long term?
