Accidentally applied for a job in wrong city

This might sound weird (also sorry if it’s a stupid question) but stated in the title, I accidentally clicked the wrong job posting for in a different city and the jobs is part of union (worked for them before last year) was just wondering if I apply to the one in my city if this would mess up my chances if my name shows up in the system
