Can you get blacklisted from a company for declining an offer? If you get an offer you probably seemed enthusiastic and declining their offer might seem like you faked it or that you didn't like them and people might take it personal. The most likely reason is you really liked everything but got a much better offer or something changed at your current workplace.
If you get rejected for not having the right skills you still have a chance in the future if you improve.
