What are some worthwhile graduate programs or professional degrees?

Basically I am a us veteran and I graduated college and have a bachelor's degree. I still have about 2 or 3 years left under the the gi bill and don't want to waste it.

Currently I'm working an ok job but of course it could be better. I was thinking about law school it business school but I know they're hard to get into, expensive, and don't guarantee a good paying job upon graduation.

So what are your thoughts? I got 2 years left of free scholarship money and I want to use it.
