What are the right answers on a personality test?

I can't tell if I'm supposed to be a corporate shill who would not give a single fuck if I noticed one of my coworkers being abused who doesn't think for themselves, or if I'm supposed to come off as independent, caring for my fellow man, and well...more reasonable? I really don't know what to think of these things and would appreciate any insight that you have. For now, I'm going with the corporate shill, don't-give-a-fuck about others answers. Somehow, that seems like what these companies want.

for example, I was just asked how much I disagreed or agreed that hard work is the key to success/a hard days work is satisfying. Ten times. One after the other. What the fuck is up with this?
