Need Advice for A Contract Position Offer (Time sensitive)

Hi everyone, first time posting here. I have been on the job hunt for about 3 months. I got my master's degree in December and have been looking for a post-grad job. My only jobs have been in the restaurant industry. I've been with the same restaurant for 7 years, just for some background. I have been going on about an average of one interview a week. Haven't heard back from quite a few jobs as they were for government agencies and government is slow. I've turned some down that didn't end up matching my career aspirations.

I got contacted by a recruiter for a job at a credit card company as a compliance specialist. It's pretty must everything I've been looking for except that it's a contract position. Through this recruiter's agency, I wouldn't have any health benefits, which I am really in need of because I just fell off my parents insurance. After learning about this position I started applying around for other compliance specialist positions. Long story short, I got contacted by a different recruiter who was actually trying to get me for the same job. Through his agency I would have health insurance. The first recruiter had already submitted me though, so he couldn't submit me for that position. He did say there was another position at the same company that is pretty much the same job he could submit me for. He didn't send me any information on it yet though and I haven't heard from him today.

Here's the breakdown:

Both jobs (although this is not confirmed on the second one yet: same company, $22/hour (I'm located in Arizona by the way and it's about the pay range I was looking for)

The first one is offering a 6 month contract with no health benefits

The second one is offering a 4 month contract with health benefits (although he hasn't reached out to me about it, so I'm not sure if they'll even offer to interview me yet or what the job will really entail)

The reason this is time sensitive is because I had an interview with the first position today and they were really enthusiastic about me and said they'd have an answer by the end of the day. They want me to verbally confirm with my recruiter as soon as possible, but I haven't heard back from the second recruiter yet.

I guess my question is: should I accept this position that is perfect except for the lack of health benefits or should I hold out for the other one that offers health benefits and risk possibly not being qualified for this job, getting an interview, getting an offer, or possibly not liking the job description? These jobs don't even start for another month-month and a half, so I'm not sure why it's so important to have my answer this quickly. I really liked the people I interviewed with and I'm sketched out that I haven't heard back from the other recruiter yet, even though he is aware that I was actively pursuing this position. But I really need to figure out my health insurance.

Please let me know if you have any advice. I am not sure how to navigate the world of contract positions.
