What are my chances as an Eastern European Chemical Engineer to find a job abroad?

Greetings!

I have a masters degree in Chemical Engineering and one and a half years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I speak English fluently. I am also willing to learn any language, if it is needed. What do you think about my chances of finding a job abroad (mainly Western Europe)?

Also what are your experiences with working in a Western European country as a foreigner with a Chemical Engineering degree in general?
