As the title says, what’s the oddest or craziest thing you have seen a peer or manager at your company do to inflate their performance metrics or “numbers”?
Where i work, a sister team is doing a lot better than we are, and have a lot more employees because they have a huge workload, when in reality they just open and close service requests for internal discussions as if they had completed some warranty support discussion with a customer.
