Should I follow up on a one-way interview?

I did a one way interview for an entry level consulting position last week, and I'm not really sure what to do about it at this point.

I did the interview last Friday, and all I've heard back is that they've received the interview (this email was from the platform I did it on). Is it worth it to follow up? I hate one way interviews, but I would definitely take this job.
