I’m interviewing for an agricultural consultant and research internship and we are meeting at a Buffalo Wild Wings how should I dress?

Pretty much what the tittle says. It is my first ever serious interview, when I spoke to the person about the job on the phone they told me to meet them at a Buffalo Wild Wings which I found very odd and I am unsure about how to dress. I am a female (18) if it helps. Not only that it is an agricultural job which means we will be working out in cotton fields and taking soil samples. I wanna look the part but also not stuck up!!
