I am incorporated IT worker and have a contract with a recruiting company (B) to provide services to a company, Lets call them A. My contract stipulates providing two weeks notice if I decide to quit, A can let me go w/o providing any notice at all.
I don't think there is any other condition such as not quitting pre-maturely.
Unfortunately the job at Company A turned out to be a complete lie and the person I report to is the worse, rudest, unprofessional human being I have ever come across. This person is likely to go ballistic when I tell them I don't want to work there any more.
In such cases, do you think there can be any repercussions if I decide not to continue any further?
And how would you go about quitting in such a case - Would you just let your recruiting firm know that are not going to report to work any more or will you provide a written notice of two weeks to someone who is likely to behave with you in a manner than can not tolerated for 10 seconds?
