I put in a 3-week notice at my job as a salaried employee. Since I quit during the third week which was during the second pay period of the month, the former company is claiming that since I left after only working 1 week into that pay period, they gave me only 52% of my usually salaried amount.
I live in Texas, and from reading this (https://www.twc.texas.gov/jobseekers/texas-payday-law), it sounds like they're supposed to give me the full amount, but I'm not 100% certain on that. Does anyone have any guidance on this?
