Past Employment has closed locations on a background check

I received an offer in November for a company and now that I am about to graduate college they have officially started the hiring process.

They asked for the past 5 years of employment and I have no issue giving them that. However, the concern I have is that 2 of the 5 jobs I have worked for have closed down.

Since they are closed, they have no address nor a phone number. So I put “closed” on the address and attempted to put “closed” where the phone number is suppose to go. The phone number spot only accepted a number so I ended up putting my phone number instead.

Is this going to be an issue in the hiring process? I received a call today inquiring about my previous employment but I do not plan on retiring the call.
