How to handle lack of references when you don't want your current job to know you are leaving?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a new job and have an interview that wants me to provide references. I've only had two real jobs, one in college and one now. To get the job I currently have I used my old boss and professors. I would want to use my current job as references but I do not want them to know I am looking elsewhere. How do I mitigate this issue?
