What's the starting hourly rate for an AT&T rep in NYC? 🤔

Hello guys. So, I'm looking to leave my current job at Zara and move into AT&T full-time as a retail sales rep. I've heard they give good pay and well I'm bored of hanging t-shirts, lol. I once spoke to a rep in uptown Manhattan and he told me he was getting $19, which isn't much away from what I'm pulling but, that commission thought.

I'm in NYC downtown area, anybody currently working for AT&T around there that can help me out?
