Hi, I'm always nervous about these questions in interviews

Greatest weakness?

An example of working as part of a team?

Can anyone help give me some good answers, I have an interview in 2 days, it's for a sale assistant, you'd think I'be be able to answer these easily, I've had 3 retail jobs and a receptionist job but interviews are just not my strong point at all, thanks to anyone who answers.
