I am currently working as a logistics coordinator in a food distribution center and I don’t like it at all because of the office environment (sitting all day in front of a computer) and I’m not sure what to do

I’m considering applying to a warehouse supervisor position, but the majority of them require me to have a flexible schedule (pretty much on call too) which I’m starting to consider. I also get pretty anxious when I have to talk to people, which the logistics position helped out a lot on, but I’m ready to do something else where I’m more physically active and preferably in the warehouse too
What jobs could I be looking into with the experience I have?
Also: I've already applied to 2 places for a warehouse supervisor and received an interview for both places but haven't gotten a call back, which I'd have to guess because of my lack of management experience as well as flexibility
