Is this job real or a scam?

I applied to a company to become a Quality Control Assistant. It pays $2500 a month + commission and I receive and ship packages from my home. I am at the employment agreement and I don't see anything out of place. The company has a website, but I cannot find any job reviews on Glassdoor or Indeed. The company is called Consulting TP LLC. I'm a bit skeptical, but it doesn't seem difficult.

Update: I decided not to go forward with this scam job, Thank you guys for advising me. I didn't sign the contract at all!
