What is the normal process with end of contract agreement with employer?

My employer is a family owned set of frauds and I am relatively less experienced in this new country of employment. What is the due process at the completion of two years? (Which is my visa term)

My employment visa has expired and they have evaded my request to discuss employment. Basically they want to not increase salary and continue as usual. Its typical. I do not want to. I hate coming into work and subjecting myself to this manipulation.

Can someone please help about what to say to employer? What steps to take?
