So currently I work in a grocery store and I want to finally leave and get into something I'd much rather have a career in. I'm looking into construction management since I'm highly interested and did a little bit of schooling for it. I can read blueprints, I know most basic terminology, and I grew up around it since my dad is a Mason. As a woman, it's kind of hard to start as a laborer and work up, but I keep applying for construction manager trainee. I don't know how to sound good in my interview to prove I can learn anything they throw at me and how even with no experience, I'm a hard worker.
Thanks!
