prospect employer keeps ghosting me, but will reach out

I've been in contact with a prospective employer multiple times since october and have been planning to meet on more than one occasion. After ghosting me on the meeting I decided to not bother anymore, then after new years I got a message from them asking if i'd be interested only to get no reply to my email yet again. Anyone have any advice?
