Moving On With My Career?

I’m a recent grad from a state public school, I majored in Public Relations and minored in Public Administration, I’ve also worked with babies and kids for 4 years in school. I was contacted by a large global company vendor via LinkedIn and offered an $18 an hour job M-F for entry level work, I took a month long European vacation right after school so unfortunately I couldn’t accept. The same company then offers me a different position of the same caliber for about $15 with slightly different work days and hours, I’m happy to accept because I just want to get my foot into the door of the professional world, but how long do I have to stay before I start applying for the job I want? (This company doesn’t really have room for advancement)
