Most of My Team Have Left

I started my first job post grad about 10 months ago. When I started my team had about 9 people. Since then, we are now 4 people and the VP has not hired anyone since then. This is an incredibly depressing scenario as when I joined I was expecting good mentor-ship from the senior engineers but there are none left. 2 of the remaining employees in my group are directors/managers and the other is a consultant who only works 2 days a week. The work load hasn't really changed for me but it may soon. I feel like without senior engineers to learn from I'm wasting my time here. Everyone is pretty isolated and just do their own shit. However, I've only been at the company for 10 months and its my first job. Not sure how to handle this situation.
