Job offer acceptance help

I got a job offer where they sent me a file listing all the details of the job such as salary and benefits to sign and return in a few days. In the email I make do I have to restate the salary and benefits? That’s what it says online when I look up job acceptance letters but I feel like it’s redundant since I’m returning the file with all that info.

Also how can I know they received the email? Should I send a follow up or will they know to inform me of the receipt of my email? What do I do if I don’t hear back and the last day to accept comes around? Sorry im a new graduate so this is all new to me and I’m worried about if they don’t see it and my opportunity is gone....Thanks
