Is this legit?

I was applying to this company (Four Stigmatic) in LA as a product photographer, then this popped up, I think it means I have to pay money or something.

But when I looked up the company it seemed pretty legit, some of my friends followed their Instagram page.

Still seems if they want me to pay money tho, but am I understanding them wrong?
