Unfair pay, do I leave?

Hi, I have been with this company for nearly three years. They’re not know for paying exceptionally well, but I’m a young adult nearing college. In these almost three years, I’ve gotten a whopping $0.50 of raises. I still make less than what everybody else started with, and the people that have been working there for a year or so are making 15% more than I am. Not to toot my horn, but I know that my employer knows that i am very good at my job, when comparing to my co workers. I’ve brought this up with my boss, but there’s always a half-assed reason as to why I’m not getting a raise, and the company has had massive profits in the past year. I feel cheated by my employer. Should I leave? What would you do?
