Is there anything else I can do?

I just got out of the US Army & I applied to my first above entry level job today. It’s at a big hospital about 35 minutes away from my home. The entire application process was through the hospitals recruiting site and at the end I get an email saying they got my application.

Am I at the point where I just wait? Is there anything I can do like try and contact the HR department?
