Input needed: am I paranoid about my new coworker(s)?

Started a new job a month ago as an analyst. I took at $15k pay cut to come here because this place is closer to home and it seemed like it would be less stressful work environment. Also seemed like I'd be getting to learn a lot of new useful skills.

So I've been getting cross trained by my boss Sandra and coworker Cassie (not their real names) since day one. I will be taking over the reports that Cassie currently oversees which consists of 12 regularly distributed reports, 9 on Monday and 3 on Wednesday. This does not include reports that Sandra will have me working on, nor does it include the ad hoc items I will be tasked with as well. These are reports that she created where the data is generated from a database and she extracts the info and puts them into Excel. I'm very familiar with such a process in a general sense as I've done this before many times in previous roles. The real learning curve is preparing the reports as they should be sent out since they require a lot of manual steps that must be carried out in a particular manner. I make sure to take the best notes I can and ask questions when I don't understand something or ask for something to be repeated. As of now, Sandra and Cassie are simply showing me how they prepare the reports, but not having me do them. Again, this consists of 12 reports plus the other reports Sandra has me working on and other ad hoc reports.

Potential problem 1) I have Sandra training me on some reports where the training sessions lasts hours because of the complexity of the report and so she can explain some items to me. Right after I'm done, Cassie comes to me and tells me to train with her because she needs me to see how to generate a report that she's working on. This gives me very little time to actually practice and learn on my own while at work. I figure, no problem, I'll just practice at home. I don't mind working without the pay, I just want to get better at my job and learn what I need to asap. Apparently, that's a big no no with Sandra and Cassie. So, in about a month's time, I've been shown how to produce these reports but have had very little actual time to practice on my own.

Potential problem 2) Cassie doesn't appear to trust me. There have been a few instances where I would point something out to Cassie, not necessarily about the quality of her work, but just as a simple curious question. Example: she was showing me a print preview in Excel, scrolling from one page to another, and I mentioned, "Oh it looks like the preview is getting cut off towards the bottom half". So she goes back and the preview renders the image fine this time. Of course, she didn't see what I saw and says "What are you talking about?" to which I replied that it was fixed now. She responds "But I didn't touch anything so how can it be fixed now?". I didn't bother with it because it seemed insignificant so I just let it go. Another example: I was working off a shared network folder and asked her a question about a file that I couldn't find. For some reason, she assumed it was me that moved it despite me never having touched the file. She locates the file in another shared drive and before she moved it, I clicked on the properties and it showed it had last been modified by her. One more example: Sandra gave me specific instructions on producing a graph for a report which I followed. Cassie comes by my desk (I hadn't asked her for help) and she looks at what I was working on. She asks "Why are you doing it this way?" to which I respond "Sandra asked me to do it like this". Cassie instructs me to change it and leaves. Sandra comes back and asks me why I had done it that way. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to come off as the "pointing fingers" type. With Cassie, I tend to ask more questions as she's foreign and I know some things get lost in translation, but whenever I ask her questions, she just looks at me like I'm an idiot.

Potential problem 3) Today I did make a rather large mistake. I was tasked with making the process to generate a report more efficient and I definitely had. I had Excel run a power query that would retrieve data from files and compile it in a particular manner. All I had to do was copy the data over to the report. I could have sworn I understood Sandra explained it to me a particular way, but obviously I was wrong. Cassie discovered my mistake and it was this big deal that both Sandra and Cassie downplayed as nicely as they could despite the fact it was obvious it was a big mistake. Cassie stepped outside of the office and Sandra left a few minutes later, then they both came back together walking towards their desks (they sit right behind me). Pretty sure they were talking about me. Sandra left for the day, and feeling rather stupid, I stayed to work on something Cassie asked me to work on earlier before I had to correct my earlier mistake. I ask Cassie a question, she comes over to my desk and tells me not to worry as she's sent the report out. I tell her I just want to practice and she looks at the time and says "Aren't you supposed to clock out? What time did you come in today?" I told her around 8:30 to which she replied "Didn't you take a half hour lunch?". How she knew that, I don't know because although I left before her, she didn't come back until about maybe 20 minutes or so after I did. So to me, it seemed like she was tracking my lunch.

Sorry for the long read, but I felt the details where crucial. I'd like to get some feedback on whether I'm just being paranoid or if there might be something else going on here. I know it's early still as I've only worked here a month, but I already feel like both my boss and coworker aren't particularly fond of me right now. I'm worried this might not improve later unless I basically don't make any mistakes in the future and given the amount and type of work I'll be doing, I know this will be extremely difficult when they expect things to be done quick and accurately. I just don't want to get fired but I also can't help but feel things are a tad bit stacked unfairly against me.

TLDR: Been at a new job for a month and the mix of potentially poor training and a seemingly bad work relationship with a coworker is leaving me feeling like my boss and coworker are not liking me.
