How can I express severe disappointment with my situation at my company?

I have a long laundry list of issues with my company. One of which is that I didn't know about and was excluded from a weekly team meeting for the greater half of a year. Because of this I'm in the dark about several business processes and I have limited resources to accomplish tasks.

That kind of identifies the root cause. In fewest words possible, I've been treated like a red-headed step child from the day I was hired.

I'm looking elsewhere but I'm fearful I'm going to end up fired before I find a new job. I suddenly was moved under a different manager and this might be an opportunity to voice things.
