Hey guys. I’m applying for a job in retail and the application is asking for a reference. I was a great employee at my last job and the managers want me back during the summer, but I hated that place, so I’m not going back. How do I ask them to be my reference? Like I don’t want them knowing I’m applying to different places in case I don’t get hired elsewhere and have to work there. Should I just put the contact information without telling them I’m putting them as a reference? Help?
