Does it REALLY matter when you schedule your interview?

A potential employer sent me an email with a number of slots to interview on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Does it really matter which one I take, in terms of odds of being hired? I've heard this is true, but I am also driving in from out of state, so convenience and weather are both much bigger factors for me than they would be for other applicants.
