Applying for a job at a place you declined a job offer?

I was at a point where my company had gotten bought and I was thinking I wanted to leave.

I took an interview, hit it off very well with the owner as she’s from where I live and she knows my neighbors. We also worked at the same large corporate company and were not a fan of them.

I almost took the job but declined after going over finances(she wanted to pay me less than I was currently making and when she asked in an email what I was currently making she didn’t respond when I answered)

I left my current job due to toxic work environment and I just saw that her company is hiring.

I’m willing to take a pay cut as I know that’s what will have to happen regardless.
