Anyone Ever Worked in Waste Management Customer Service Call Center & General Thoughts on Call Center Jobs?

I'm finding myself looking for a job. I have two job offers. One is a digital marketing director and another is a waste management customer service call center job.

I'm debating which job to take. The digital marketing job is more of an actual "career" and its in the area that my experience is so better for future growth. That said it's a very challenging job and the pay is about half of what it should be so a lot of work and a stressful job without the financial reward. I would however learn a ton. The negative is I do a lot of side things to make money and I have a feeling with this job I'll be too exhausted to continue to do my side businesses.

The waste management job while a call center is better than most. Pay is close to $20 an hour, good benefits, 401k, stock discounts, etc. The job is Monday thru Friday 7-4 guranteed hours. The job seems like it would be more of a go through the motions job a lot easier and I'd have more time and energy to work on my side projects outside of work.

The waste management job is a call center so I know I'll probably feel micormanaged, I know call centers typically treat you like a school child ie bathroom breaks at specific hours, lots of rules, etc. I also see they have not the best glassdoor and indeed reviews.

Debating which is the right one to take, there's pros and cons to each but wondering if anyone has specifically worked for waste management and your thoughts as well as thoughts on call center jobs in general.

Difference in pay is about 10k, marketing job is about 47k, call center job is 37k, vacation time is the same 2 weeks, health benefits about equal WM may have a slight edge and WM aslo has a stock discount and 401k match plan where marketing job doesnt have any retiremen planning progams
