I have been in the workforce since 2014 and I've almost always been on the bottom rung. The only type of career advancement I've experienced was during my time at Xerox/Conduent. I have not attended college, partially because I can't afford to and also because I don't know how the hell I would be able to manage school and a full-time job. Also because I have what's called Atychiphobia (self-diagnosed) and I am fearful of failure. I come from a long line of the extremely successful family, and the pressure is immense. Sometimes it feels like I am the lone failure in my family. Anyways, I really am stuck in this endless rut and I can't seem to dig myself out. To be honest, I cannot take another day of this, being in a constant "What is wrong with me?" cycle regarding my employment.

I have an interest in a few different fields, such as Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Game Development, Network Administrator... And I've attempted to explore these fields, via Udemy and/or other online methods. Every time, I start something, I go really hard for maybe 1-2 weeks extremely into it, very interesting blah blah blah...and then I never touch it again. It's not that I am not interested, for example, I recently wanted to check out Game Development, so I bought 2 courses on Udemy (Unreal) and got started. I began the learning process, and finished a few lessons and began building a Pinball game. Then...never finished. The same happened with the 13 other courses I bought. I just don't know what to do or where to go at this point. Does anyone have any advice?
