I applied for a position with the city of Philadelphia about two weeks ago, which isn’t a long time at all to wait, but I’m starting to hear that it takes a LOOOOONG time to hear back about city jobs. My friend has a job working for the city in DC and she said she had to wait 2 months after applying to even hear back after her application. Anyone have similar experiences?
