You should know that when a someone reaches out to you about a job but the pay range isn't listed, you should ask about the pay before moving forward.
Here's what I say:
"I am interested in speaking with you about this position. Through my job hunting experiences, I've learned that it's best to inquire about a salary range before going through the entire process, as I have put considerable time into going through the hiring process with other companies only to find that the salary wasn't where I am looking to be. I hope you find this request tactful as I am simply wanting to ensure neither my time nor yours is wasted."
I've saved myself from countless interview processes for jobs that don't pay by asking this up front. I've done this about a dozen times and only had one company refuse to disclose the salary. That told me they weren't a company id want to work for anyways.
