I've been on a mass job application spree, and while I'm not drowning in interviews, I'm also getting a response at least every other day or so. Today, a company I applied for texted me to call them to set up an interview. Is this a sign of a calm, laid back workplace or a lazy one? Any reason they might have to not call in the first place?
