What kind of restaurant/diner can I earn more money in as a server?

I am looking to become a waitress and I am trying to figure out which kind of restaurant, besides fine dining, will yield the highest tips. I'm also unsure of how to figure out what the tips per shift will be. I currently work at McDonald's and this would be a second job for me. Goal would be to work 2-3 days per week at the second job and make no less than 100 per shift. How can I find a place that would be busy enough get close to this? I would prefer to work in a diner. Applied to Silver Diner (I live in MD) but I think I got two questions wrong on the assessment. Anyway, any input is much appreciated.
