Had an interveiw for an entry level help desk job. The first half with the office manager and hr lady went great ! About an hour long a few jokes where cracked every one seemed relaxed and laughing about how bad food service jobs could be . The second half didnt go as well , they brought in 2 IT members and one IT manager and right off the bat i could feel how little experience i had compared to them. All i have is an comptia a+ certification but no real world experience so the IT questions they asked where difficult and one about active directory i didnt have an answer to at all. All around the second half felt a little awkward and the it team members just kinda left with out shaking my hands when we finished. But maybe there just awkward ? The interview lasted over an hour so thats a good sign but Im not sure So what do u guys think am i screwed? Or do i have a chance?
