Should I list a job I only held for one month?

Hi all. I recently quit a position as a Test Engineer for a manufacturing company in the suburbs of Chicago.

I only worked there for a month. Should I list it on my resume?

I am a mechanical engineer by degree, and am looking for positions in operations, manufacturing, reliability, and quality control.
