I have been trying to find a job for a few months now with no results. I finally decided to upload my resume to a job website and so far have already gotten offers for an interview. I also allowed interested employers to *text* me as well as email me, but I did not give permission to call me. This morning, someone reached out first by calling and then texting when I didn't answer. They wouldn't tell me their name and they wouldn't give me any information at all about the position, only what the company is and the job title. I tried to set up a time to physically talk to them tomorrow but they ignored it and instead kept trying to get me to agree to an interview, telling me that the position may fill up quickly and what not. I finally told them they can email me the information about the position and when they agreed to send it to me, they immediately asked me to review it right then at the moment. This didn't sit right with me and I told them I would review the information tonight and reach out tomorrow. I don't know if this is typical when it comes to finding jobs or if my feelings of unease are accurate.
