Left a Job Off Resume and Job App | How Worried Should I Be?

I'm a consultant and was at a Big 4 firm (Senior Consultant level). I was laid off during an industry downturn in mid-2016 and did not start a similar job until mid-2017. Now I've got an offer from a new firm to start in three weeks.

On my resume, I list the 13 months form the layoff to my current job as "Service and Growth Year" and truthfully note achievements at two non-profit organizations. What I do not mention is that I did work for seven months at a full-time job. Reason being it was way below my level and a a company with a bad reputation and I really did do it just to pay bills.

When I applied for the job I reference below, I left that time "blank" in their system. So if I work for employer C now, B was the shit job, and A was the great job I left in 2016, I just jump from C to A. On the actual application I just omitted that time I was at B/shit job.

So, I have accepted an offer with the new employer and have a start date. They are running my background check now. On the background check I did disclose B/shit job. The shitty employer will give a good reference if asked. Any thoughts on if I may have a problem here?

My guess is they will not even ask me, and if they do, I just tell them it really is not part of my career story and something I did to pay bills and support the stuff I did on that 13 months. Hence not on my resume.

But I'm still nervous.
