How do you feel about negotiating job offers? Who do you get help from? How do you know you’re fairly paid?

Worked as a compensation manager for tech companies, recently moved to Operations at a startup.

It occurred to me individuals always want help negotiating their compensation, so I started a business consulting individuals on how to negotiate their offers. It’s very new and friends have been loving it but...

would people (other than my friends) want to pay for prof help negotiating their offer? How do you figure out if an offer is fair? Has your methods successfully led to a negotiated raise or compensation increase?
