Background Check Question

I received a job offer that is contingent on a background check, I had to complete online. It asked for my social & drivers license number online. I gave my social, however, the drivers license number was not required. As a result, I didn't put it in the form. Could this hurt me? I like the company and all, but I guess I'm a little paranoid about giving out too much info. Could this hurt me if it wasn't required online? I don't want to make it seem like I'm hiding something.
