It's been rough since I got out of college, but the past year has been especially rough.
I tried Electrical for 6 months and couldn't pick it up fast enough. I was fired.
Since then I've been through a temp agency. I spent about 2 months at a temp to hire job, where I was let go in the period of a week where 7 or 8 other people were let go. The agency made it sound like a work ethic issue, like my production was down.
Then I went to another job for a week and a half. A co-worker said I could listen to music and that phones weren't a big deal. I was let go, the place claimed I was on my phone a lot.
The temp agency found me a job for the week to hold me over until they found something permanent. Today was my first day. About 20 minutes after I got home the temp agency calls and says that the employer said I left my station a lot (I just went to the restroom or on break) and that I was slow even for a first day.
At this point it's starting to feel like there's nothing for me out there. I'm not really a big fan of fast paced work unless the pay is decent. I'm trying to put some consistency on my resume but have had no luck in that goal.
TDLR; Was let go from a one week temp job today, after being let go from a couple other places for different reasons. It's starting to feel like I have no place in this world.
