Any I/O psychologists here?

Hi, I’m looking at different masters programs and considering different options for myself. I have a bachelor degree from a liberal arts school (not in psych) but work in education. I/O psychologists are apparently in demand and make a decent income. What exactly does this work entail? What is earning a masters or doctoral degree like in this field? Any information can help.
