Acceptable to re-apply after a few weeks?

I've applied to probably in the ball park of 50-60 jobs through sites like Craigslist and Indeed. I've heard back from 5 places. These are all low-level/entry-level type of jobs so I'm really unsure about whats going on. I was wondering if it was acceptable to re-apply to certain places I would really like to hear back from after about 2-3 weeks of hearing absolutely nothing?
